It can be controlled through PLC to complete functions such as drawing type setting, operation automation, production process control, real-time closed-loop control, and automatic meter counting. 1. Choose a variable frequency speed regulation system with reliable skills and significant energy savings. The speed regulation range is 30:1 during normal operation, and it can provide over 1.5 times the additional torque at an additional speed of 5%. The straight wire drawing machine is mainly used to stretch the stainless steel wire produced by precision rolling. It is one of the more difficult to control types of wire drawing machines because it involves multiple motors working together to stretch the metal wire, resulting in high operational efficiency.

2. The metal wire slips between various molds, which requires high synchronization and fast dynamic response of the motor. Due to the brittle nature of stainless steel materials, they lack the durability of high carbon steel wire or steel cord, making them more prone to breakage during operation.

3. There are six 400mm diameter drums in the wire drawing section, and each drum is equipped with a cylinder swing arm for detecting the orientation.
