Do a good job in the use and protection of hard alloy wire drawing dies. The following are some precautions for using alloy wire drawing dies:
Equipment selection:
1. Based on the information and drawing equipment you need to draw, reasonably match the compression ratio of each drawing die to confirm the viewpoint of the working area of each drawing die (i.e. what type of drawing die to choose).
2. Pre processing of wire drawing materials: such as cleaning, rust removal, annealing, phosphating, etc., to ensure the cleanliness of the materials.
3. Selection of drawing powder and oil: Select excellent and suitable drawing powder (lubricant, oil), and do a good job in cooling the drawing die.
From hard alloy billets to various precision mold making, we have achieved vertical integration in industry. We have common advantages in the production of powder metallurgy molds, tungsten steel round bars, plates, sealing rings, hard alloy plates, cutting saw blades, alloy wear-resistant parts, stretching molds, cold heading molds, tungsten steel strips, and various shaped molds for finished products. Our core philosophy has always been to maintain stable quality, strong production capacity, and provide customers with competitive prices.
